Calculating a percentage of the digits after the decimal point

    Hi

What code can I use to calculate a percentage after the decimal number of a number in a cell?

For example: if the number is 145.87, I would like the cell to calculate 15% of 87 instead of 15% of 145.87.

    Thanks
