Excel formula to meet the condition as required

Please refer my attachment file.

I am looking an excel formula who tell me the required result.

Suppose,Cell C4,D4 and E4 having same text then,result should be as appear in cell G4 and G5.And if not,then,cell G6 and G7.

Please suggest an excel formula,to solve the problem.

=IF(AND(C4=E4,D4=E4),C4,"Partially")
