    Repeating formula

    Okay so I have the attached spreadsheet and the current formula in Column C is not giving me the right output. The correct output can be seen in column D. I need this formula to be able to be dragged out several thousand rows and have it restart every 12 rows as shown. I appreciate your help, thanks!
