Is there a way that an excel formula can return a letter character for each month of the year? Possible an array formula?

What I'm trying to do is to have a formula in a cell that based on the =NOW() formula. As each month changes, the letter designator for that month changes as well.
So that January will be identified by the letter A, February identified as B, March as C, etc ...

Any ideas or help on this?
