Pass or fail?

I managed to do a spreadsheet with marks for all subjects of learners...

I learner has 7 subjects.

In the last column a pass or fail must be entered.

Conditions are the following:

1. 40% or more for Setswana
2. 2 other 40% (any subjects)
3. 3 other 30% (any subjects)
4. The last subject does not have to be a certain minimum

Please if you can help.
