If you select cells A5 down to A38

And then go to the 'Data' TAB

You will see a 'Filter' Button (Looks like a funnel), click that

You have several options here;
You can type the name in
If you click 'Select All' it will unselect everybody and one or two (etc.) names can be selected

RE: The Blank rows, if you add the staff name in the filter will show all the lines for that staff member
