How to uncapitalize the words in Excel

Hello Everyone,

I am facing a problem in data, Our team was managed the data of the customer information they captured the data in capital letter. Now I need to convert that data in proper format.

So my problem is how I change the capital words into proper words. Is there any formula in Excel to convert the text into proper text.

Please suggest.

=Proper(A1) will convert 1st letter of all the words in the sentence to Caps.

=Lower(A1) will convert all the letters to lower case

Hello Arpita,

use the PROPER function. It will capitalize the first letter of each word.
