File not supported in MAC!!!!

    File not supported in MAC!!!!

    Hi Guys.
    I have a problem here in format compatibility in Mac Version 2011...
    I make a report in Excel 2013 Windows with some very small and normal macros enabled and save it as .XLSB OR .XLSM... My Boss has Mac 2011 .. and he is not able to open it any time.. it says the file is damaged or wont open..
    Is there any way that i can save my workbook in a specific format so that it works smooth in MAc version too??
    It there any solution please???
