Hyperlinks won't work while sheets protected

    Hyperlinks won't work while sheets protected

    I've attached my workbook. The hyperlink in question is at R47. I'm trying to link that to sheet "table 5.0"

    I've tried adding it to the cells of unlocked and selected "insert hyperlinks while the sheets are protected.

    Any guesses why they won't hyperlink to the specific table?

    You workbook works for me with Table 5.0 unprotected or protected. It made no difference and the hyperlink works perfectly. I use Excel 2010.

    Unlike Ron, the HL on sheet1 did not work for me.

    I unprotected the sheet, unLOCKRD that cell, then protected the sheet again, and it worked ok

    I just re-tried the file and it failed this time. Acted the same as for Ford. If I wasn't perplexed the first time, I sure am now!
