Can one copy the COLOR/Format of a cell to a different sheet that automatically updates?

I have a set of Excel sheets with a main sheet that has a list of names that are Red and Black. The subsequent sheets reorganize and list those names but I want to have the name of the color from the main sheet copied to the subsequent sheets. And I want to have it set up such that if I change the color of the text on the main sheet, it will automatically change the color of the name on subsequent sheets.

I guess you would need a macro for this.
