Hello there! Need a quick help from professionals again!

I have an excel file with scrollbars, checkbox, and data that creates a chart. I'm trying to publish this on a webpage using excel 2007 but I lose interactivity.

So I've been trying to use onedrive to embed the excel file to my website. The problem is, I lose "shapes and other objects" and hence the scrollbars, and checboxes disappear from the web version.

Is there a way to maintain all the functions in the excel file (it doesn't have macro / it's an xlsx file) AND embed to my website?

If not possible, what are some alternative ways that I can do accomplish this?
