Highlight duplicate values on multiple sheets

There may be an obvious way to do this but I just cant figure it out!

I have multiple sheets on a workbook and want to highlight cells in column G of each sheet any duplicate values

I have tried doing this using conditional formatting although it only works on the active sheet
