Need IF and REPLACE function--I guess

I have two worksheets (A and B). Each worksheet has an ID# in the first column and a Last Name in the second column. I need both worksheets to look at each other and if the Last Name in the second column from B matches with A then I need the ID# in the first column of worksheet A to replace the ID# in the first column of worksheet B. There has to be a way to do this.

Any help is much appreciated.

The formula would have to be in the whole column. Otherwise you will need to look for a VBA solution.
