COnditinal Formatting

I want to set conditional formatting on the column G based on data in Column I in the attached sheet. It should be like:
>1 - Green
<1 to >-90 - Yellow
<-90 - Red
Empty cell - Red

I can set it on the same column but how to set on a different column I want help in.
