show actuals AND comparison to budget

Hello. Is it possible to show actuals in a spreadsheet AND comparison to budget. For example, if I select actuals in a cell, it will show me all the actuals, and if I press forecast it will change to calculate variance to forecast.

Could you post a sample workbook with expected results at both the "actuals" and "forecast" stage?
