Index search, Merge rows or columns in table format

Can anyone help me with the following task management form?

the general idea of the form is to input details on the left hand side of the chart,
and details will showup on the calendar on the right hand side of the chart.

Three major problems that needs help.
1. the left hand side unable to merge rows after converted in table form.
2. transfer the text from the left hand side to right hand side.
3. multiple tasks that occur in the same date should not conflict with the rows. (maximun of 5 rows for 1 date)
