How to have cell alignment angle clockwise from top of the cell instead of the bottom

My problem that I'm trying to figure out is if you have a cell that you want to apply angle clockwise alignment on it will angle clockwise from the bottom of the cell. My image is above my label, therefore I need the cell to angle clockwise from the top of the label row instead of the bottom. Is this even possible?
