    If time is greater than..........

    Hi Guys,

    Could you please help me to solve this query if time is greater than 18:00 or 06:00PM in range ?
    Please see attached file.
    I'm using Excel 2007.

    Conditional Formatting will do that for you

    Select column D

    Select conditional formatting

    New Rule

    Use Formula

    Then enter this formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Select format and then select font and then select red.

    Hi, with Excel 2007, you can try doing it with an array formula. See attached.

    In B16 put,
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    and drag across. >0.75 is for checking whether it's greater than the time 18:00 and would equal --"18:00" (converting the string to a number).

    BUT
    could you please help me again,
    If i want first 3 maximum time's values instead of 18:00.?? please

    I was interested in to extract values if in D column time is greater than 18:00hrs.
    but if you please help me to extract all row data of first three maximum time values ? Please
