Conditional Formatting will do that for you
Select column D
Select conditional formatting
New Rule
Use Formula
Then enter this formulaFormula:

Hi, with Excel 2007, you can try doing it with an array formula. See attached.
In B16 put,
and drag across. >0.75 is for checking whether it's greater than the time 18:00 and would equal --"18:00" (converting the string to a number).![]()
