I enter cell reference. U return contents of that cell, & of 3rd cell down.

Hi,

In A1: I manually input the following data: C2 (not in the formula, l mean the actual cell contents)

Is there a formula that can do the following:

In A2: Return contents of cell C2 (having looked up the contents of cell A1 and seen that it says "C2")
In A3: Return contents of cell C5 (i.e. three cells vertically down from C2)
In A4: Return contents of cell B2 (i.e. one cell horizontally to the left from C2)
