Vikas, your description is very brief so it's hard to know what you are really looking for. The solution linked by jayajaya_4 uses conditional formatting to color the cell after the user has selected a value from the list.
There is no way to show different colors in the list itself. I did the image below in an editor to show what you CANNOT do in Excel:

If you want the list itself to be color coded, I have not found that it's possible.The only things I found I could do to the list itself was indent. But like jayajaya_4 said, you can conditional format after they've made a selection. That's about as good as you're going to get
