I want to custom a column to enter 10 characters, if characters are less than 10 then custom setting will add spaces " " to complete count of characters. I know there is a way to custom numeric feilds, but how it can be done with text? Please help.

Sorry for that, at first I posted it with excel file attachment, but due to slow internet speed I was unable to see the same, hence I edited my post with jpg attachment which caused the duplicate post. I will be carefull in future.

Ye duplicated posts are a bit of a shame, but I have had it myself. Can be kind of ennoying.
