Please! Changing X Axis Trouble

This is really holding me back from completing my work which is due in tomorrow evening :(!

I'm making a scatter graph (Office 365) and my X Axis is currently showing numbers 0 to 7, as standard. Really I want them to show as 0 - 1, 2 - 3, 4 - 5 and then 6 +, to represent the data I'm trying to plot.

I'm basically showing the relation between the amount of coffee people drink and their knowledge of it, so the 0 - 1 etc represents how many cups of coffee they drink per day.

Let me know what information I can give you to help me further! I'm getting desprate now and no other forums seem active, no one at college knows (even the IT staff) and now I'm completely stuck!
