select numbers

i have data with huge number of rows and numbers start with 92 and 94 .
e.g

923412495948
942345839
923219874593
923459395863

9438858534

this is dummy data now i want to select only those numbers which is start with 92..

any solution?

this is not actual numbers in my data . but in data length of numbers is varies
