    Copy a worksheet exactly

How do you copy a worksheet exactly as it appears (ie: cell sizes, etc the same). Thanks, Randy

    Re: Copy a worksheet exactly

Select the source worksheet by clicking on the triangle just above the row numbers and to the left of the column letters. This will select the whole worksheet. Click Copy. Go to the destination worksheet and select A1 then click on the Paste button to expand the choices (arrow on the button) and choose, Keep Source Formatting. All cell, and font formatting as well as formulas with their results will be pasted, making an identical worksheet.

If the copy is to be in another workbook, open the destination workbook, right click on the tab of the worksheet to be copied and choose Move or Copy. Select the workbook just opened, select the location for the copy, select the checkbox for copy and click OK. An identical worksheet will be created in the destination.
