Need Help About OffSet and Match

I can easily help you answer this specific problem, but instead lets discuss what it is you dont know how to answer, specifically, so you learn how to do this, which is important.


Index+Match would be how I would handle this, but offset+match also works easily enough.

The solution is to create a FORMULA that uses offset and match to get the cell that is highlighted.
I can easily do that, but you are setting yourself up for failure if I just give you the answer and you learn nothing.
