Calculating shift hours above 40 per week

Hey :D,

I would like to be able to calculate the hours worked per week per staff member and if above 40 hours show how many hours over it is. My current rota looks like the picture below:

we have many different shifts and the formula would need to be easily added to if we have a new shift pattern, I also need to have this for each staff member for each of the 52 weeks of the year.

I hope this makes sense.
