Excel equation related to days of the week

Hi Guys,

Please give me a hand if possible


If,
the day is as per system day which is =TODAY() in A3, C3 to be Dash or a Zero anything which has no value.

also,
if,
A4:A17, has any date which equals to =TODAY()+1 & also B4:17, is "DEPO", C4="DL"

also, as shown in the Left hand side,
if,
A3 is =TODAY() & WEDNESDAY, C3 to be Dash or a Zero anything which has no value.

WHILE,

OTHER DATES UPTO,
A4:A17: has any date which equals to =TODAY+1, or +2, or +3, or +4, and IF B4:B17=DEPO, C1="DL"

Can this be achieved guys?
