Hello
If you hit Alt+Enter (Return) the cell should expand down to add further text.

Thank you very much, that works. Problem is, as in the attached shot, I want only the G3 cell to expand downwards but A-F also
expands along with it, any way to prevent this please?

I think you can't change the height of single cell, you have to change entire row height
but you can merge cells to get desired output
select G3:G7
Merge the cells and wrap the text

YES, that is exactly what I need, thanks a million!
Sorry guys, ran into a problem with this, as the screenshot shows I created the box in which to write the text but
it only allows me to start writing the text from the bottom of the box then the text flows upwards, is this way
it's done? Also, when writing the text the ENTER key doesn't work so I cannot separate lines of text to create
separate sentences or paragraphs, help please?

I think you used bottom alignment for that merged cells instead of that use Top Alignment
for separate lines of text to create separate sentences or paragraphs - use Alt + Enter instead of Enter
Yes, I changed the alignment to top and using Alt+Enter separates the line, appreciate it!
