    Highlighting a cell if it matches a cell within a list (on sheet 2)

    See attached. I would like to Highlight any cell in Sheet 1 that matches any cell in Sheet2. could anyone please help? Would greatly appreciate it.

    With cell P2 selected set conditional formatting based on this formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Apply the cf to cells $P$2:$P$237
