Re: How to assign the data on different columns

Can I check one thing. If you select shortlisted in F2, do you want ALL shortlisted candidates for "English" to be listed in D4>? If not, what do you want?

    What are Tricks?

    Thanks again for reply Glenn.

like if i choose the data in F2 say Potion closed

then English french oleo and tricks will have their own data according to devtool sheet

for example i've selected postion closed then D4 will be 1 H4 will be 1

i hope i'm able clear my point glenn !

Re: How to assign the data on different columns

    Hi Partho,

Just want to check as you mentioned F2 allow to select the status. So how come D4 & H4 will contain 1 if F2 is "Position Close". Because, Category mentioned in C4, C5, C6, E4, E5, G4, & G5 are not in your "Devtool" database.

So my question is that, from where the second criteria will be matched?

OK so far... See attached. What are the criteria to count as interviewed shortlisted + position closed, or something else?
