    row & column two or more criteria use to calculation

    Hi
    can anyone provide me solution for the below work

    A B C D
    PRD1 PRD2 PRD3
    01/02/2015 1500 2000 15
    04/02/2015 2200 2500 20
    18/02/2015 400 3000 25
    05/03/2015 900 4000 30
    31/03/2015 0 9000 35

    I want to table like this if i select any product or change date select data from above table & must show the relevant fields only
    product type 05/03/2015
    PRD3 30
    PRD1 900
    PRD2 4000
    this is sample data....

    Your explanation is not clear concerning what you want. Do you just mean filtering the Table by date? If so - this can be done using Data/Filter and applying the relevant date filter. If not, please expand (with an Excel sheet) on what you need.

    Actually I want the data to be transposed. (NOT whole data)
    The dates will come as header & products names in rows.
    when i enter / select the date it should display the nos. in front of product name.

    Please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
