    Hi,

    I need a formula to find the latest product price, below is the information available

    Product Date of Purchase Rate
    AA 30-10-2014 11
    BB 30-09-2014 16
    CC 26-10-2014 18
    BB 25-10-2014 25
    BB 22-06-2014 33
    AA 25-08-2014 76
    CC 14-04-2014 45
    AA 15-07-2014 98
    CC 30-08-2014 24
    BB 05-02-2014 65
    BB 03-11-2014 78
    AA 03-05-2014 65


    Result Required :
    Product Latest Price
    AA 11
    BB 78
    CC 18

    Advice the simplest way to find the desired results

    THat is an ARRAY formula, ...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
