    Conditional Formatting multiple rows

    Hi all, I'm using Excel 2007

    I have a cell in G3 with a conditional format if it contains a lower number than E3.

    How do I paste the format onto multiple rows, for ie.

    G4 will have the same conditional formatting but on E4

    G5 on E5 etc.

    Hi Trooper,

    Please find attached file for your reference.

    You don't need to do anything, just need to remove the absolute reference $ sign in front of E & 3 in conditional format.
