I want to give all employees an even amount of hours (or as even as possible). I want to avoid anyone going over 48 hours in a week. No employee working more than 6 days in a row.

In an idea world the schedule would be a rotation of 5 days on, 3 days off, except after working the backshift they would get 4 days off. However I have not been able to come up with a schedule that works for that so I am open to variations.
