Adding a random prefix and suffix to a cell

Hello,

Im having an issue find a formula to help me add a prefix and suffix to a cell.

For example:

ALEX1000

for this cell I would like to add 2 random letters in front and 2 random letters in the back. I need it to look like something like this QXALEX1000BP

I found the formula (=left and =right) to remove it later, so I only need the random letters.

PS: It could be letters and numbers
