randbetween formula

i want to create 180-200 sec ACD how I done with this ?

this is the example of 240-270 acd
=RANDBETWEEN(1,RANDBETWEEN(2,RANDBETWEEN(3,RANDBETWEEN(1000,RANDBETWEEN(2000,3599)))))

and I want above formula for 180-200 acd...

But to be honest, like the first reply there, I have no clue as to what you are after. Nor do I have any idea how using that formula is any different from using this: =RANDBETWEEN(1,3599)
