    Pull data from another sheet based in criteria

    Hi,
    I am Shreyans and I need help in creating a formula. From the attached file, let us take one example.
    Cell Q23, I have done manual entry but I want to automate it as I can change L1 or L2 in the calender of sheet.
    The intention is to pull the data from Ingredients sheet according to name of column entered behind each number in calender of trips sheet.
    Please ask in case of any queries.
