Starting to write an "IF" formula that includes a ton of conditions

Hey guys. So I need to write one gigantic formula that finds a price based on the length, width, and process used to make the product. I won't get into the various divisions of the prices, but I have the variable that each foot of length increases the sizes of board by.

EG: 2x4x10=5$...2x4x12=X+5$

And I have all the x's for all the differences between each process used to make it, and the various lengths.

I just need to get the feel for writing one "IF" formula that helps come up with the prices, and then I can apply the same template to the rest of the data and throw it all in one formula. I feel like once I get pushed in the right direction, I'll be able to finish it, because I know what the goal is. I just can't describe it to the computer... :/

I would suggest using a vlookup(() rather than "one gigantic formula" of nested IF's

Create a small table with all your variables in 1 column, and in the next column, all teh values you need to return

If you still have a problem, upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
