    Hi,

    On the Cell, Press Ctrl+1 to open Format Cells Dialogue Box, Select the last Option "Custom" and Paste this - yyyymmdd

    Click OK..

    Hi,

    Sam problem as with Special-K his answer. This changes the format to yyyy0125.
