Excel Document locked and toolbar is hidden

Hello,

I have a document that I need to unlock/access but the top toolbar/ribbon has been hidden and the sheet has been locked. Is there a hot key to bring up the box to enter the password to unlock the spreadsheet?

EDIT*
I've worked it out, there was some VBA hidding the ribbon, so when I activated macro security everything disappeared. I've edited the coding now so the toolbar shows up!
