i am learn Excell basic. but my job expect me to do advance excell.

I am Cost Accountant in a Catering Company and i have to prepare a Daily consumption of material on 3 times (BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER) we have item codes
list... i placed vlookup formula in description and UOM for easy work.. like put code in Item code Column so description and UOM comes out dont have to right again and again.

    Example

    Breakfast Lunch DINNER

ITemCOde Description UOM Qty Item Code description UOM QTY Item Code description UOM QTY
    13001 White Rice KG 100 12008 break pckt 350 14001 oranges piece 700
    12008 break pckt 150 14001 oranges piece 700 12008 break pckt 150
    13001 White Rice KG 200

    this is done:

    i want
at the end the will be a sheet (daily activity)
which search the product used in Breakfast Lunch Dinner Sheet and some the match like

    DAily Activity

    Item Code description UOM QTY
    13001 White Rice KG 300
    12008 break pckt 650
    14001 oranges piece 1400
like this.. so this will be transfer to main stock card..

This solution is a bit crude, but i hope it works for you...

I have to combine a pivot table to get the unique values your items used. You'll need to go to DATA/Refresh all to update the table.
