Splitting a list of data into multiple columns

Hi not to bring this up again sorry but I was wondering how to do this except with 2 columns instead of one? for instance

Do you always want to split after 3 records, or do you want that to be a variable that you can specify, as in the original thread? If so, which cell will you use to house the variable?

Also, will your data start in row 1, or are you likely to have headers that you want to reproduce across row 1?

(So many questions !!)
