DAX Measure: Grouping time
I have a years worth of data that needs to compare various periods. More specifically, I need to compare current month, previous month, previous quarter and YTD. Writing a formula in excel to achieve this is easy enough, but I would like to learn how to do this in DAX/POWER PIVOT.

Please see a sample work book attached. I kept everything simple to demonstrate my objective.
