I want to find the duration of vehicles in the parking lot.
Data set is as follows:
From: From survey time
To: To survey Time
Car No. Is licence plate number
Survey was done for every 15 min period (random 15 min Periods) which says if the vehicle was present at the time or not.
Sample data presented here is also mixture of different parking location.
How do i find the parking duration of the vehicle.
1) create a list of unique licenceplate numbers (you could use advanced filter for this) - for instance starting in F1
2) in G2 write array formula*:

and format this cell as time
3) copy this cell down
*) ...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.

As i have lot of sheets for different parking plots i will have to open every excel file and do this exercise.
Sure, you can.
You can start with registering macro.
If you do it smart way and store in your personal macros file it can be ready (or almost ready to reuse in other files)
