    Drop down list in 'Form'

    Hi firends,

    Hope all you are fine. I have to maintain an excel database(attached). There two fields on it i.e. Marital Status, Blood Group. I made a drop down list and want to enter data through 'Form' from the drop down list. But when I try to enter data through 'Form', no list show (screen shoot). Is there any solution. Please help!

    Well, unfortunately, all you did was post a very large zip file with an excel workbook that only has a picture of some other excel sheet.

    Thank you. I want to make a data base of my employees. There is field named 'Marital Status', where I want to put 'M','U','W' & 'D' from a drop down list. I've made the drop down list also. When I entry the data generally I can do it from the drop down list but while I try it through 'form' option, no drop down list shown. My data base and another screen shot was shown as attachment to make it clear. Thanks for help.
