I need help with tracking wins/losses from a single column and converting it to a win%.

I am going to grinding tournaments on an online card game for a source of extra cash, and I wanted to keep track of my stats as I do this - however, I have no prior experience with Excel, so I have little idea on how to do anything but the most basic of functions. Here's the sheet I'm working with:

Now, what I want to do is automate the two WL (Win-Loss) columns on the right. They need to pull from Column D, "Record", where my wins and losses for that tournament are recorded as W-L. However, it gets a bit trickier than that. I need them to pull from that column from the row they're on, as well as all above rows, to sum up my wins and losses up to that point, and have it converted to a win percentage (truncated, preferably). Furthermore, I need the "Deck WL" to be able to look at Column C, "Deck", and only sum up the results that were also with that deck.

Any help with making this happen would be greatly appreciated!

If I wasn't clear, Column D is indeed my WL record for a given tournament. "3-1" is the standard notation for 3 wins and 1 loss in this card game. I've attached my sample now, it has two sheets to help demonstrate what I want. Sheet one has what I want the end result to be, I just need the two rightmost columns to be automated rather than manually inputted. Sheet two has the same thing but shows what exactly I'm trying to track in those columns by listing my overall WL record in the same notation as Column D as well.
