Using If / and Statements with text

Hello All, I am trying to figure out how to group categories of Gross Sales generated by each Group (By Credit Score catgory 'FICO', No 'FICO' Score, or Foreign) in a pivot table, but first I have to make a formula for this to be broken down in the attached table (I attempted to make formulas on the last 3 columns "AQ", "AR", "AS") but I would rather want one column to tell me either "Foreign", "USA - 640+", "USA - Under 640", or "USA - No Score".

In order to make this formula possible I would need:

Column AH - "Country" &
Column Z - "FICO"
