Please kindly help me with this. I know there is a way to do it automatic.
I have a master list for cutting stock. I have excel files are storaged in folder by months
Master List. March-15 is the sheet name. I have fron Jan to Dec
B E K AE AR
5 Description QTY 01-March 31-March Total
6 Apple 1000 10 990


From K to AE are date from 01-march-15 to 31-march-15
Above List. I have 1000 apple in stock, when I sold out Ex: 10apple on 01-March. In AR6 should 990
I have many item lists so I am really hard to key them in manually. I would like to have it automatically cutting stock

Other excel file's (Name differently) stored in March folder

I would like the code to search in March folder and searches all file. and copy qty of apple and pass to Master List.
If there are more than two file of Apple sold on 01-March-15, I would like it to add more rather than replace.
Ex: 01-March sold 10, then there is an other file 01-March sold 10 more apple, so AE6 shd be 20
Note : Sheet1, item list and qty not always stay at column B and C
