Excel Scheduling Template

Hello,

Does anyone know of any excel template that can tell me the total number of people in any given time?

For example:

I want to see how many people are working at 1pm.
I have three schedules:
1. 8:00am-2:00pm
2. 8:00am-1:30pm
3. 9:30am-2:00pm

I am seeking the for it to tell me that 2 full hours and one half hour work the 1pm-2pm interval. It can also say 2.5.

I was going to make an extremely long time consuming formula that would have every possible scenario of time that can be scheduled with no longer than 9 hour shifts and they could have half hour start/finish. I don't know to search range values with formulas and I haven't used pivot tables a lot.

I attached a sheet of how my format is if this helps. The spot that says weekly work schedule is where the scheduler inputs data. My formula was also going to be a list so the scheduling person didn't mess up data.
