    pivot table Query

    Hi iam looking to be able to create a pivot table andcount up how many staff i have with a specific grade-i want to show the skills of each person(grade) beside the Grade feild but only want to add count to the amount of specific grades, for instance if i have 5 grade 1s it will total them for mehope this makes sense i have added a little table to try and explain
